Each surgeon works approximately 183 days per year, providing weekday onsite coverage for clinic, hospital consults, and the OR, with continuous ED orthopedic call shared across the two-surgeon model.

Program highlights
✓ Two-surgeon model with approximately 183 days per surgeon annually
✓ 24/7/365 emergency department orthopedic call coverage
✓ Weekday onsite clinic, hospital, and OR coverage
✓ Elective orthopedic clinic, follow-ups, and outpatient consults
✓ Target of 150 acute and 150 elective cases in year one
✓ Direct surgeon-delivered care without required APP staffing
Clinical scope
A true full-scope orthopedic practice.
Balance elective procedures and outpatient clinic with inpatient consults, acute fracture care, and emergency orthopedic coverage. This is a hands-on community practice where the surgeon leads the program and provides continuity from evaluation through recovery.

Candidate requirements
Credentials and experience
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
✓ Experience with arthroscopy and joint replacement
✓ Strong acute fracture care experience

✓ Strong communication and patient-service standards
✓ Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style
